Confirmation / Cancellation Information
1.  Please contact the Cracklewood pro shop for available dates and times.
2.  A non-refundable deposit is required when signing an outing contract.
3.  Two weeks prior to the scheduled event a payment of 80% of the contract amount is
due, and the guaranteed number of participants must be confirmed.
4.  In the event the course is closed due to inclement weather the date of your event, every effort will
be made to reschedule your event.  All golf deposits and/or golf payments will be refunded if a
suitable alternate date cannot be agreed upon by both parties.
